The Role

Working within the heart of the facility—the packaging department—you will ensure that high-quality products are prepped, packed, and ready for distribution.

• Contract: Casual Assignment (March 1st – May 1st)

• Potential: High possibility of extension or ongoing work for top performers.

• Pay Rate: $31.19 – $33.38 per hour + applicable shift penalties.

• Location: Charmhaven

Available Shifts

We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle with two primary shift patterns:

• Morning Shift: For the early birds who love having their afternoons free.

• Afternoon Shift: Perfect for those who prefer a later start.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing bakery goods efficiently on a fast-moving production line.

• Conducting quality checks to ensure only the best products reach the shelves.

• Adhering to strict Food Safety and Health & Safety (WHS) standards.

• General cleaning and maintenance of the workstation.

What You Bring

• A reliable, "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in production, packing, or food manufacturing (preferred but not essential).

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Availability to start by March 1st.
